All papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files using EDAS at https://edas.info/N24027. A paper can be either a regular paper (up to 6 pages) or a work-in-progress paper (up to 3 pages). Papers should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt size fonts on A4 or letter pages in the IEEE conference style. You can refer to the IEEE template at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Submitted papers are subject to peer reviews by Technical Program Committee. An author of an accepted paper must register at full rate prior to uploading the camera-ready version. The camera-ready version for an accepted paper cannot exceed 6 pages.
To submit papers for workshops, authors are requested to communicate with workshop chairs in advance as follows:
